Just thought I would thank you for your excellent customer service. I purchased a table top christmas tree from you and when it arrived it was broken. I rang your customer service and the lady I spoke to was so helpful, I told her I really loved the product and was worried I wouldn't receive a replacement in time for Christmas. I needed have worried as she sent me a replacement and I received it within 48 hours, now that's what I call excellent service and wouldn't hesitate to shop with you in the future.

Just wanted to say a big thank you, I order some Christmas decorations yesterday, and they have already turned up today. I thought the website was very easy to use, clear and have very good realistic descriptions of the items I bought.
My tree decorations turned up wrapped in masses amount of bubble wrap it would of been impossible to break while being delivered, and my new look fabulous.
I wish everything I bought on line or in shop had wonderful service like yourselves.

I wanted to thank you so much for such good service before Christmas, regarding my faulty fairy lights. You don't see good service very often these days and I have forwarded your company name onto lots of my friends. We have a circle that always passes around the names of great companies to each other simply because most are pretty awful when it comes to doing things decently and honestly, it's so nice to find one that does and so we note them down and always use a recommended firm first when buying things.

Today I received my order for the Premier 11pc Nativity Figures & Stable Set. I was very impressed with the quickness of the delivery and the great care taken in packing our fragile purchase.
While unpacking it and setting it all up the kids noticed one small problem, we have received two Jesus' and only two Kings, we are missing the one with the turban think he is delivering Myrrh.
Please would it be possible to be sent just this character to complete our set? I can return the spare Jesus that we have to if required.
The kids are finding this hilarious and are now planning on telling their teachers that Mary actually had twins and not just one son.

I must tell you how delighted I am with the items I received. Specifically, I ordered: 035-10705-FAI 9cm Faith Nativity Ornament and 035-10705-NOE 9cm Noel Nativity Ornament
The ornaments are gorgeous and of highest quality! In fact, they are so superior that I have just now completed an order for 10 more with the plan to create Christmas cards for the minister and some elders at our church where an ornament will hang from the centre of each card. I would also like to commend your packaging and shipping department for a shop exceedingly well done. I rarely see such care and detailed packaging from glass or crystal items received through the post and was astounded as I unwrapped each dainty ornament.

I recently ordered some 40 light Noma tree lights which came very quickly and we have just put on the tree. I was delighted to find them on your excellent website (thanks to NFU Countryside magazine) as I couldn’t find what I wanted anywhere and they were just what I wanted. However, it would be helpful in the future if you could specify the length of the lighted part or the size of tree they are meant for, as they are a little bit on the short side for a 6ft. tree and we could have done with a little bit more. (My previous lights, (very aged Woolies lights are dying with Woolies!) were 40 lights but spaced further apart so I thought this set of 40 would do.) Having said that, with a bit of careful rearrangement, they look lovely. Thanks – I am recommending your website to everyone! Happy Christmas!

I would just like to say what an excellent staff member you have in ‘Jules’ on your sales team.
She answered my initial question with confidence and a cheery manner, she then took my order with efficiency despite the computer not finding the product immediately. She pre-empted any potential annoyance as a customer by the hold up (not that I was) with an apology. Made polite conversation as we waited for the order to go through regarding my order. Typically the system then went wrong and she said she would let me go then but if there any problems she would let me know; however within a few minutes she had called me back to say the order had gone through successfully which was good to know and a nice additional touch.
Overall, a very pleasant transaction; if only all company representatives could be as efficient and lovely to deal with.
Fantastic service, I hope the delivery and dispatch is as good.

I wanted to drop you a quick note to mention the very friendly and helpful service I received from Kimberley Bontoft-Robinson. I was in somewhat of a pickle needing some christmas stockings very urgently (don't ask!) and she not only made this happen, but did it in a very fast, efficient, helpful and friendly way. Moreover she provided even more (fast) help afterwards with regards to the tracking details of the parcel.
The stockings arrived in London before 12, will be flown back with my boss on Friday to Gibraltar, passed onto me in Spain and then sent onwards to Honduras full of gifts so they most certainly will have been well travelled stockings!

I would just like to show my apprciation for your speedy service as i was pleasently suprised to recieve my goods the day after i had ordered it!
I spoke to a very nice lady on the phone and explained that i urgently needed some icicle lights for my 21st Winter Wonderland Party as a previous company had messed me around and were unable to process my request. But thanks to your excellent service I can rest assured that my party will now be complete!

What a brilliant website,there is so much I want to purchase but being a miserable old pensioner I cannot! It is a pleasure to look at what you do have and I will certainly be returning for another search to see what I can get!
The payment process was easy and well laid out and what I do like is the clear contact details and full company address quoted. A lot of websites do not give full contact instructions and hide behind a phone number. Well done to you all.
