These terms do not affect your statutory rights and are in addition to The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (CCR) requirements.

We carefully select our products and hope you will be happy with your purchase; however there may be times when you feel you need to return an item to us.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Item/s
Apologies if any of the item(s) your have received are faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please notify our Customer Service team as soon as possible and we will rectify the problem with as little inconvenience to you as possible. Please note you have 14 days from the day after your receive the goods to advise us of the above.
There is no need to worry if you have had a change of heart with your purchase, provided you are a consumer (not a business customer), you have the right to cancel either all or part of your order and return the products to us. Under the Consumer Rights Directive, you must notify us of your intent to return the products within 14 days from the day after you receive your order. From this point all of the products must then be returned back to us within 14 days.
You are responsible for both the cost of the return and the goods themselves whilst in transit until they reach our warehouse, and signed for by a member of staff. Responsibility for loss or damage while in transit shall be borne by you or for you to dispute with your delivery service providers (we would recommend you use a trackable service to return items). And subject to it being the entire original order that has been returned we will refund both the cost of the products along with the original standard delivery cost at time of order, even if a priority service was paid for at the time of order.
Please ensure that the goods are unused and are in a perfect, complete and re-saleable condition (this does also include the product packaging, labels and instruction). If the products are returned to us damaged or worn, we may deduct a reasonable fee from the refund to cover this.
If there are any incomplete items returned to us, we will not be able to refund you. You will be held responsible for any other charges incurred in connection with your order, for example, delivery charges etc.
Upon receipt of your return you will be refunded for the amount paid for the goods. A refund/exchange will be actioned by ChristmasTimeUK within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. Please note no refunds will be given for the delivery cost of returning the unwanted goods to us.
Items Lost When Returning
Please note that ChristmasTimeUK are not accountable for any item/s lost whilst they are being returned. You will be responsible for the item/s until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure despatch method which requires a signature upon delivery.
Refunds & Replacements
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Item/s – A refund or a product replacement will be processed as soon as possible once we have been advised of the problem.
Unwanted items – Your refund will be processed within 14 working days from the day after that we receive the goods back into our warehouse.
All refunds will be credited to the card account used for the original purchase.
Any alternative or replacement items required against a return will not be sent out until we receive the original goods back. (A request for alternative items to be dispatched may result in an additional delivery charge).
However, if you wish to receive any replacement items as a matter of urgency, a further order can be placed as normal online or by telephone (usual delivery charges apply).
Personalisation & Modification of Products
No refund or exchanges will be given on items produced or modified at any time to your specification.
Non Returnable Goods
For hygiene reasons we cannot allow or accept returns of any body jewellery.
